2.⁠ ⁠Estimates and Pricing: We charge a one-time call-out fee of 150 AED + VAT for small repairs, which covers the entire service. Please note that additional charges may apply for any parts or materials needed.
3.⁠ ⁠Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and online transfers.
4.⁠ ⁠Liability: While we take utmost care in providing repair services, Dubai Electrical Repair is not liable for any damages beyond the repair service scope, including damages caused by pre-existing conditions.
5.⁠ ⁠Warranties: We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for repairs completed by our technicians. Warranty details vary by service and part used.
6.⁠ ⁠Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
7.⁠ ⁠Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
8.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

We have limited payment options, some of which are listed below.

We regret that we currently do not have a payment link via PayPal or any other channel via credit cards.
